Strategy Development

Our strategic planning process approach is inclusive of stakeholder voice, responsive to client internal metrics, cultivates a shared short-term and long-term vision, and establishes roles, responsibilities and accountability measures that are integral for the effective implementation of the strategic plan. We see our strategic planning work as an opportunity to serve as a facilitator and partner with our client. The Ed.ucateD Approach believes that the strategic plan should be developed in partnership with the client and not on the behalf of, resulting in a living document.

Program Design & Facilitation

The Ed.ucateD Approach develops and facilitates custom training programs focused on the desired outcome, stage of development, and specific needs of the organization. We respond real time to the needs of our clients. We believe that adult learning should be engaging, interactive, and thought-provoking.

Co-Designing Solutions to Challenges

Our co-designing solutions to challenges approach is about making the most of our collective resources and wisdom. This is the most constructive way to solve complex organizational issues with our client. Using quantitative and qualitative methods, we gather community feedback as they are equal collaborators in the design process.

“The Educated Approach was an absolute pleasure to work with! Kelli has assisted our board numerous times with coaching in the areas of governance, data analysis and measuring effectiveness of the school leader. I would highly recommend her services as she knows exactly how to encourage, yet hold accountable, the client. We will definitely utilize her services again!”

“Teachers were able to gain more in-depth knowledge of Bloom’s Taxonomy and DOK Level when creating instructional plans. Dr. Peterson provided extensive feedback regarding instructional practices after classroom observations. Teachers received Professional Development on meeting the expectations of standards and analyzing activities that to ensure students were thinking at the higher levels of Bloom’s Taxonomy and DOK Levels to enhance student achievement. Dr. Peterson discussed the importance of vertical alignment and how teachers should collaborate in the summer to plan effectively. She said that school-wide from K-5, the same acronyms should be evident in every classroom. This will enhance student understanding and allow students to transition from grade to grade with in-depth knowledge.”
